Aircraft Maintenance


To cater for the diverse spectrum of aerospace components’ requirement, we had invested in conventional milling and lathe machines, CNC Milling machines, CNC Lathe Machine, Cylindrical Grinding Machine, Surface Grinding Machine, Electrical Discharge Machine (EDM), Wire Cut Machine, Radical Drilling Machine CNC lathe/mill machine and CNC 5 axis machines over the past two decades.

With a team of experienced fabricators and qualified welders in the aerospace industry means that we are able to deliver a wide range of complex assemblies and structure fabrication across a spectrum of industry codes and standard. Moreover, we had invested in various capital equipment such as TIG, MIG and Resistance Welding Equipment, Plasma Cutting Machine, 100-Ton Hydraulic Shearing Machine and 100-Ton Hydraulic Form Press Machine to meet stringent requirements in the aerospace industry.


We offer welding services such as, TIG, MIG and ARC welding. All these services are conducted in-house from start to finish. Special alloy welding are our specialty. In line with CAAS Singapore Airworthiness Requirements Part 145, we have a team of certified welders to ensure we put forth the highest quality of skills to meet customer's specifications and satisfactions.

With a great emphasis on quality, we had invested in various inspection machines such as Co-ordinate Measurement Machine (Fixed & Portable), Keyence IM-7020, Profile Projector, Hardness Tester,
Fluorescent penetrant inspection (FPI) and Magnetic particle inspection (MPI) Positive Material Identification (PMI) to ensure that all products that are inspected are in compliance to the product design specifications.

PLM software allows companies to manage the entire lifecycle of a product efficiently and cost-effectively, from idealization, design and manufacture, through service and disposal. Computer-aided design (CAD), computer-aided manufacturing (CAM), computer-aided engineering (CAE), product data management (PDM) and digital manufacturing converge through PLM. At Fidel Engineering & Trading, our engineers, technicians and inspectors are trained in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Mastercam and PC-DMIS (Personal Computer – Dimensional Measurement Interface Specification) to trace and manage the entire product lifecycle.
